ai-driven design enthusiast
I lead design at Sber, consult individual teams on integrating AI tools into their workflow, and am preparing a series of webinars for designers. I also write in my Telegram channel (in Russian) about how our work is changing.
About
15 years in product design. The last 7 at Sber, from lead designer to design lead. I work across both web and mobile interfaces.
Most of my career was spent on products where decisions are tested by user feedback, not designer taste. I know agile from the inside — not as a textbook methodology, but as something you adapt every day to a living team.
I love setting up and rebuilding design processes. Especially when a team is growing, a product is shifting, or a new tool appears on the horizon and breaks the old rituals.
Right now is exactly that moment.
Manifesto
To me, the current AI wave is 30% hype and 70% a new tool for designers. A big, serious one — opening things that weren't possible before.
Once we moved from Photoshop to Sketch, then to Figma. Today, I see the next step: from Figma to AI agents for interface design. Except agents don't have a canvas or a toolbar. They don't have the boundaries of a traditional tool. So the practices of using them will be many, and so will the scenarios.
The design process is no longer a formula. It now depends on context, the task, your knowledge, your skills. That's what this site and channel are about — the craft of working on UX/UI with AI agents.
